Interwar Toilet Block

Not something you would normally describe as beautiful — but this neat little interwar public building has a quiet charm of its own.

Based on the recently renovated amenities block in Bundaberg, it features a simple, symmetrical design with subtle Art Deco influence. The twin hipped roofs, central light column, and distinctive circular windows give it a strong character, while the rendered walls and brick detailing provide plenty of opportunity for creative painting and weathering.

Often overlooked, buildings like this were a common part of railway precincts, parks, and civic spaces, making it a perfect addition to bring a scene to life and add a touch of everyday realism.

This is a one-piece print with fine surface detail throughout. The solid base is designed to be planted into your layout or blended into the surrounding scenery with ground cover or planting.

Laser cut windows, window frames and doors included along with a 3d printed light to sit on top of the light column.

The building comes unpainted.
