This is the 1882 Bundaberg Police Station, originally built as the courthouse and today used as a backpackers hostel. It’s a striking heritage structure and a great piece of Queensland architectural history.
What sets this model apart is the engineering inside. The print includes internal light channels — hollow passages running from the base up into deep window recesses. That means you can feed your LED wires straight up into each window cavity with no fuss, and the light stays exactly where it’s meant to be. No glowing walls, no spill, just clean illumination.
The windows are made from smokey black acrylic, you can lightly sand the back surface to diffuse the LED light.
Each panel fits neatly into its recess, and the outer window frame sits on the front — giving you a tidy, realistic glow without any of the usual headaches.
Windows and frames included.
