A typical small country railway station, Glen Aplin is situated just south of Stanthorpe on Queensland's Granite Belt on the Toowoomba to Wallangarra line.

This highly detailed station features the iconic weatherboard walls and corrugated iron roof complete with gutters, gutter brackets and downpipes.  Even the practise of running the downpipes through the window awning has been replicated!   The window shades feature decorative brackets, there's a louvred rear window, toilet vent,  step up to waiting room and door entries, decoratvive verandah brackets, seats in the waiting room, ticket window, communication box on front wall, station name plate mounted on each end and rainwater tank on wooden tank stand.

If you would like a personalised name plate other than Glen Aplin, we can include this.  Just let us know in the comments what name you would like to go on the station name plate.

This station would make an ideal authentic addition to your QR layout.  Have fun painting all the printed detail and go to town with weathering to make this your own.

The foundations hold the building and tank securely for shipping and are easily removed when you are ready.  The tank can be easily seperated from the building and positioned under the downpipe.
